Background & Objectives

Insight’s existing website was clean and neat but limited in what it could do for the organisation in terms of generating enquiries and automating some of the admin work involved in serving prospects and clients.

We started from first principles and created a new design style and flexible graphics which could be used in a wide variety of applications making the exercise cost-effective and flexible for the future. As the business grows the website and marketing collateral will grow with it.

Our Solution

• Branding – Creating a calming but impactive effect which captured Insight’s brand and service values was the key starting point.
• Flexibility – We developed a suite of printed materials which can be used in a variety of ways from presentations and design drawings to letters and invoicing…plus a neat promotional postcard which can be used face-to-face or via mail or letterbox drop to generate new business.
• Web Design – The personal touch is very important in this market but so is the ability to demonstrate experience, expertise and previous work. Insight’s website works as a showcase for the wide range of the company’s work.
• Internet Marketing – In company with many of our clients, Insight uses electronic newsletters to keep clients and prospects up to date with developments at the company.
• Future-proofing - Insight has many plans for their website and want the flexibility to be able to implement these as their budget allows. We have built in a range of hooks to enable future development of the site in a cost-effective and efficient way.
